Right to cancel or refund
Customers have a period of 14 days from the day they receive the goods to notify Great Water Ltd that they wish to cancel or return an item, Once Great Water Ltd have been notified, the customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own cost.
Great Water Ltd must refund the customer within 14 days of it receiving the goods.
All items must be returned as sold, in their original packaging. All items must be unused or installed otherwise a refund will be refused.
If the goods are damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receipt on 01923 245783 who will process the claim for you and supply you with a replacement where possible.
Please do not fit or attempt to fit any products which are damaged - contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
In order to process a return you must return the goods along with a copy of your original despatch note or invoice, and a completed returns form.
Please note returns will not be processed without a despatch/delivery or invoice number
If the item's fault was caused by an installation fault. A refund will not be offered. If the fault was a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. A full report will be provided upon request.
